With a maximum capacity of 99 guests, Emperor Cruises Legend is the latest addition to Lux Cruises Group’s award-winning fleet, blending royal heritage with contemporary sophistication. The vessel features two distinct programs: a luxury daytime discovery cruise and an elegant sunset cocktail and dinner cruise, each curated to deliver unforgettable moments on one of the world’s most beautiful bays.
Dining Under the Stars: Heritage, Gastronomy & Romance
As the highlight of the evening program, Dining Under the Stars transforms the vessel’s 360-degree open-air sundeck into an atmospheric dining venue, complete with candlelit tables, white tablecloth service, and panoramic views of Nha Trang Bay. Guests can choose between:
- Heritage by Night Menu (International Fine Dining): Five curated courses, with a choice of two main dishes including sea bass fillet with chorizo butter, pan-seared beef medallion, or caramelised duck breast flambé.
- Four Seasons Menu (Traditional Vietnamese Cuisine): A journey through Vietnam’s culinary heritage with dishes such as Halong squid cake with sticky rice, pomelo-beef salad, and stir-fried scallops.
Each evening is elevated by live international music, performed on board by a talented band playing hits in English, Vietnamese, Korean, Indian, and Filipino, creating a lively yet refined ambiance. Performances are scheduled nightly except Mondays.
A Grand Debut at Nha Trang Sea Festival
Emperor Cruises Legend will make its grand public debut during the Nha Trang Sea Festival 2025, marking the start of regular operations in mid-May. The launch event will feature special performances and a preview of the signature starlit dining experience.
