1. How did you feel when receiving the award at the Vietnam Tourism Awards 2025?
The moment Lux Travel DMC® was named “Vietnam’s Best International Tour Operator 2025” for the first time was unforgettable in our 20-year journey. On the grand stage of the new Vietnam Exhibition Center, when the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism solemnly presented the trophy, the hall erupted in applause under the brilliance of the Vietnamese flag. I was deeply moved, knowing this was not only the pride of one private Vietnamese enterprise, but a shared pride for the entire tourism industry.
Remarkably, this prestigious award coincided with both Lux Travel DMC®’s 20th anniversary and the 20th edition of the Vietnam Tourism Awards. It symbolically closed a determined chapter and opened a new era: conquering the global luxury segment with authentic Vietnamese values.
I recall March 15, 2022, when Lux Travel DMC® became the first tour operator to welcome international guests back to Vietnam after the Covid-19 pandemic. From that pioneering moment to this national recognition, we have come full circle in trust, resilience, and global aspiration.
