A Childhood Dream, Realised
A childhood shaped by rivers and the sea planted a quiet dream.
Watching ships depart, Phạm Hà sensed longing and possibility—not a desire for conquest, but for understanding. A formative voyage aboard the historic Thống Nhất from Hải Phòng to Sài Gòn sealed that calling.
Decades later, after more than thirty years in luxury travel, that dream matured into purpose.

On 5 June 1911, from Nhà Rồng Wharf, a young kitchen assistant stepped aboard the steamship Amiral Latouche-Tréville. His name was Nguyễn Tất Thành—later President Hồ Chí Minh.
That quiet departure—marked by humility, service, and curiosity—would reshape a nation.
