Additionally, we continuously raise awareness among employees, partners, and customers about sustainable travel practices to mitigate negative impacts on the environment and local communities.
2. TOURS, ACTIVITIES & DESTINATIONS
At Lux Travel DMC, we design our tours to provide authentic and immersive experiences, allowing travelers to deeply connect with local cultures, traditions, and communities. We carefully curate activities that respect the integrity of the destinations we visit, ensuring that tourism does not disrupt local customs or negatively impact surrounding ecosystems.

6. TOUR GUIDES & LOCAL REPRESENTATIVES
At Lux Travel DMC, we uphold high ethical standards for tour guides, drivers, and local representatives. We prioritize hiring and training local staff, ensuring they are well-qualified and fully compliant with local laws and regulations. Our guides are not only skilled in leading tours but also educate travelers about health, local culture, and sustainable practices.
Tour guides play a crucial role in promoting responsible tourism, educating customers about environmental conservation, local customs, and proper waste management.
Additionally, our guides strictly refrain from promoting or endorsing the purchase of souvenirs containing endangered species, as outlined in the CITES treaty and the IUCN Red List. They also do not support the sale of historical and archaeological artifacts unless legally permitted. Instead, we encourage eco-friendly practices, such as using reusable water bottles and minimizing environmental impact, to support the long-term sustainability of the destinations we visit.
7. PARTNERS & SUPPLIERS
We collaborate with partners who share our values of sustainability, ethical business practices, and respect for local cultures. Every Lux Travel DMC partner must adhere to high standards of human rights, environmental protection, and anti-corruption policies.
8. CUSTOMERS
Lux Travel DMC ensures transparency, high-quality services, and customer rights protection. We provide travelers with essential information about culture, the environment, and important travel considerations before their trip. We also offer support before, during, and after the tour to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. ANTI-CORRUPTION
Lux Travel DMC is committed to operating with honesty, integrity, and full compliance with Vietnamese law, maintaining a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery, corruption, and unethical behavior. Any employee found engaging in bribery or corruption will face disciplinary action or legal prosecution.
We uphold fair pricing policies and do not engage in price-fixing or secret agreements to manipulate markets.
Regarding data protection, customer information is handled with the utmost care, used only for registered services, and never shared with third parties without prior consent. All business transactions remain confidential, and employees must strictly comply with data protection regulations.
Furthermore, Lux Travel DMC values cultural diversity and ensures a fair and inclusive work environment for individuals from different backgrounds.
We strictly prohibit all forms of discrimination, harassment, or abuse based on ethnicity, gender, appearance, sexual orientation, religion, belief, age, or disability. Employees are encouraged to report any such incidents immediately.
10. ANIMAL WELFARE
We do not support or promote any activities that harm animals. Our tours exclude destinations where wildlife is kept in captivity, and we encourage travelers to engage in ethical wildlife observation experiences.

We implement environmentally friendly solutions for employee business trips, encouraging sustainable transportation and carbon offset initiatives.
