The group has embedded sustainability across its offerings: eco-friendly cruises, community-based tours, slow travel experiences, and “living heritage” journeys. In 2024, green products accounted for 35–40% of total revenue, showcasing the business potential of sustainable tourism.

Building a Green Supply Chain

LuxGroup has established its “Preferred Green Suppliers” list, prioritizing partnerships with organic and eco-friendly providers, while also supporting them in their own green transition through training and procurement commitments.

Social Responsibility & A Happy Workplace

Beyond the environment, LuxGroup places people at its core. In 2024, the group was recognized as “Best Place to Work in Asia” by HR Asia. The LuxGroup Foundation continues to drive community impact projects – from planting 2,000 trees in Yên Bái, to building water tanks in Hà Giang, and providing relief for communities affected by Typhoon Yagi.
