Today, I want to share with you an essential topic: personal development. This is not only an individual journey but also the foundation for the sustainable growth of LuxGroup. With the philosophy of “ownership and leadership culture,” each Luxer should think like an entrepreneur, not just selling products but also embodying the role of a brand ambassador.

I’d like to introduce a model of personal development represented by four concentric circles: Wisdom, Skills, Self-awareness, and Life Purpose. This framework serves as a guide for self-improvement and contributes to both personal success and organizational growth.
