Lux Travel DMC Honored with Travelife Partner Sustainability Award
Amsterdam, December 8, 2023 – Lux Travel DMC in Vietnam has been honored with the prestigious Travelife Partner award, a testament to its consistent dedication to sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Lux Travel DMC, a part of the LuxGroup, has excelled in meeting over 100 criteria encompassing office management, product range, international partnerships, and customer information. The Travelife standard it upholds adheres to ISO 26000 Corporate Social Responsibility guidelines, emphasizing crucial aspects such as environmental impact, biodiversity, human rights, and labor relations. The recognition validates Lux Travel DMC’s compliance with the UN-endorsed Global Sustainable Tourism Criteria.
Being one of six companies in Vietnam to achieve the Travelife Partner award, Lux Travel DMC stands as a committed advocate for sustainability in the industry.

Travelife, the prominent international sustainability certification within the travel sector, boasts endorsement by over 40 national travel associations, including 20 European travel associations and The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA). Since its inception in 2012, Travelife has trained more than 1,500 tour operators in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), accrediting over 500 tour operators with a Travelife award.

Travelife Standard: Based on comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility themes like labor conditions, human rights, environment, biodiversity, and fair business practices. The system’s management requirements align with EMAS and ISO 14001 standards and receive support from over 35 national travel associations to facilitate wider implementation.
